Nick Kaylor is an attorney at Chestnut Cambronne and concentrates his practice on representing clients in matters involving class action litigation and employment law. Nick is an experienced litigator, and he has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of forums, including arbitration, state court, and federal court. He has represented clients in court, depositions, motions, and hearings. Nick has been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Rising Star in 2025-2026 and by Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch for 2026.
His class action practice focuses on the areas of data privacy and consumer protection litigation. Nick is a seasoned employment litigator and has represented clients in a variety of employment law matters, including employment discrimination, disability discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and family medical leave. Nick also has experience counseling clients with reviewing, negotiating, or litigating issues related to employment contracts and noncompetition agreements.
Nick Kaylor graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, he was a judicial extern with the Hon. Amy Dawson of Minnesota’s 4th Judicial District, served as an Online Articles Editor of the Minnesota Law Review, and was a Student Director with the James H. Binger Center for New American’s Detainee Rights Clinic.
