Dana Ohman is an associate attorney at Chestnut Cambronne who focuses on legal matters affecting common interest communities, including homeowner associations and cooperatives. Dana has been involved with common interest communities for well over a decade, facing challenges large and small with an empathetic but straightforward approach. A calm presence during stressful and contentious situations, Dana strives to work with board members and property managers to resolve conflict and find both creative and practical solutions for any concern. Dana aims to provide proactive, best-practice advice to help clients avoid pitfalls and liability and advises on all aspects of community governance.
Dana is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of Community Associations Institute, serving on the Editorial Committee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Outside of her legal practice, Dana enjoys musical theatre, karaoke, Minnesota sports–especially the Timberwolves, and outdoor activities.
