Spencer Butts is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne who focuses his practice on Guardianship and Conservatorship matters, probate and trust administration and litigation, and real property law.
Spencer is a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education events in the area of probate law. He has served as a Court-appointed counsel in Guardianship and Conservatorship matters since 2017 and represents several professional fiduciaries in probate, trust, and Guardianship and Conservatorship proceedings. Spencer obtained his B.A. in English Literature from Kalamazoo College and his J.D. from Hamline University School of law.
Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys skiing, soccer, and traveling the world with his wife and two sons.
