Ryan Prochaska is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA and practices in the areas of estate planning, cabin succession planning, farm succession planning, estate administration (probate and trust), and business formation and succession. Ryan is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Ryan received his B.S. from the University of Minnesota, and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
Ryan has been named a Minnesota Rising Star by Super Lawyers for several years, was named a Top Estate Planning Lawyer by Minnesota Monthly and received the North Star Lawyer award from the Minnesota State Bar Association for his pro bono service which includes volunteering for the Wills for Heroes Program. He is a member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Bar Associations, including the Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time at his family’s cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
