Nicole Appelbaum is an attorney and partner with extensive experience in criminal prosecution and municipal law. She has spent more than two decades prosecuting misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony offenses. Nicole currently serves as prosecutor for the City of Edina, City of Hopkins, and Metropolitan Airports Commission.
In addition to her courtroom practice, she advises and trains law enforcement on statutory updates and best practices to ensure constitutionally sound investigations and strong legal outcomes. She also maintains a civil practice that includes representation of peace officers in licensure matters. In addition to the above, Nicole has experience in family law, insurance defense, and select business matters.
