Harrison Berg focuses his practice on business structuring, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and civil litigation. He advises clients on topics such as business formation, ownership disputes, asset purchases, trademark, copyright, and a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In addition to his experience as a transactional attorney, Harrison’s background as a trial attorney informs his approach to the practice of law. Harrison focuses on the big picture and takes a solution-oriented approach to his practice, whether that means negotiating the best deal for his clients or litigating a case through trial and appeal.

Harrison earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota. He lived in Saint Petersburg, Russia from 2016-2017, where he taught English as a foreign language. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and tennis, and reading classic fiction. Harrison serves on the board of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association New Lawyers Committee and the Minnesota Recreational Soccer League.
