Allison was named Breck School Alumna of the year for 2023 and has been a member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Partner Leadership Council. She currently serves on the board for the Twin Cities Ballet and The Dot Twin Cities. Allison is also a member of the Breck School Alumni Counsel.
