New Jersey Brain and Spine did not notify victims of the breach until March 2022. In total, the data of 92,453 individuals was compromised in the breach.

  • Addresses;
  • Email Addresses;
  • Dates of Birth;
  • Telephone Numbers;
  • Social Security Numbers;
  • Financial Account Information;
  • Credit or Debit Card Numbers;
  • Driver’s License Numbers;
  • ID Numbers;
  • User ID and Password Information; and
  • Medical Information
