Carol Dawson brings more than fifteen years of experience as a paralegal to Chestnut and Cambronne working exclusively in the firm's various litigation groups, including complex class actions involving securities fraud and antitrust issues.

Throughout Ms. Dawson’s experience she has attended several trials in both state and federal courts. She has also had the opportunity to work in the Office of the Arizona Attorney General and assisted on the federal plaintiffs’ trial team in the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Litigation.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Winona State University, and her Certificate in Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution from Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona.

While working in Arizona she voluntarily served as a Mediator for the City of Tempe Justice Court.
