Johnson, one of the partners, represents numerous bars and restaurants in the Twin Cities area, including Champs (Woodbury, Maplewood, Minneapolis, and Sioux Falls), and the local Sidneys restaurant chain.  Mr. Johnson has been involved in numerous purchases and sales of bars and restaurants and is intimately involved in the liquor license/licensing process.  Chestnut & Cambronne also has an extensive commercial litigation practice, which includes major litigation involving one of its primary clients, Old Dutch Foods.  The commercial transaction department includes Robert A.
