Stewart Loper is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne and focuses his practice on transactional and litigation issues involving real property. In addition, Stewart is an active member of Chestnut Cambronne's arbitration practice. He is a qualified neutral for alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts. Stewart is a member of the Ramsey County, Federal, and American Bar Associations. He is an arbitrator for the Hennepin County Bar Association Fee Arbitration Program and serves on the Court Rules and Administration Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has served in a number of charitable organizations including as President of the William Mitchell College of Law Alumni/ae Association, and is the current Treasurer of St. Patrick’s Association, Inc.
