Robert LaFleur is a partner with Chestnut Cambronne where he heads the Tax Law practice group and is also active in estate planning and representing the needs of businesses. Robert is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars and for community organizations on the topic of estate and succession planning. Most recently he has spoken on the topic of using family limited partnerships to protect assets from taxation and other concerns, and the use of retirement plans in estate planning. He is an active member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Robert is also involved as a board member for numerous charitable and civic organizations throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
