Philip Pfaffly is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury practice areas. Philip’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and he is a nationally recognized mediator in cases involving food-borne illnesses and medical negligence. He has been involved in national pharmaceutical cases involving L-Tryptophan, Gammagard, and most recently, Mirapex. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a former State Chair. Philip is a current National Board Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and formerly served on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Justice Association. He is an active member of the Minnesota Million Dollar Roundtable. He is the State Chair for the United States Supreme Court Historical Society and currently serves on the Urban Coalition Board of Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Philip has been recognized by his peers as a Top 40 Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer in Minnesota and has also been named a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury and Alternative Dispute Resolution by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine.
